I was just listening to the finals podcast (late) and wanted to comment on the shirt thing. The contestants have to wash and dry their clothes between days one and two. It helps with filming both days (like you mentioned). Also, lighting that is put on everyone’s faces changes depending on what colors you’re wearing so to alleviate having to redo lighting the second day, they started asking contestants to wear the same clothes both days.
